Not to sound like a broken record, but The Brix in Jacksonville Beach is following both “The Ritz” and “Twisted Martini” with the “get out” shouting at closing time. Perhaps this is appropriate for a “dive bar” atmosphere, but the customer both Twisted Martini and The Brix are supposedly catering to have to wonder who is in charge of customer service?
We’ll have a longer update shortly, but Twisted Martini seems to be taking its customer service advice from places like “The Ritz Bar” in Jacksonvile Beach. And this is not a good thing. Yelling at customers at closing time is completely classless. Let’s hope that The Twisted Martini gets its act together and emulates the better parts of other Jacksonville establishments, not the worst parts.
