A tip for Consumer Refrigeration of Jacksonville (904-757-3474):  Instead of waiting until the day of the appointment between 8:30am and 9:40am to tell people when you intend to arrive, give a two hour window when the appointment is made.  After 4 scheduled appointments over a period of 6 or 7 weeks, in our experience this is a terrible way of scheduling.

The repairmen (L.T. and Kevin) were nice and definitely gave the repairs a good try and everyone is very friendly at Consumer Refrigeration of Jacksonville, but this type of scheduling makes the cable company look great.
