In the past decade I have had several opportunities to deal with O’Steen Volvo in Jacksonville. Well, they weren’t really “opportunities” because that has a positive connotation, they were more “misfortunes.”
First, several years ago, I purchased a Volvo S80. After 2 previous Volvos, I expected a quality, well-built car. Alas, that was not to be. The Volvo S80 had to go in to O’Steen Volvo at least every 6 weeks. Through a combination of a poorly built Volvo S80 and poor repairs at O’Steen Volvo the Volvo S80 was a terrible car.
